Windows & Doors

Replacement Windows

Vinyl has been recognized as a superior window frame material, offering long-lasting color retention and low maintenance, plus resistance to rot, insects, and microbial damage. ProVia’s all-vinyl window lines – Endure™, Aspect™, and ecoLite™ — use Sunshield® vinyl, a specially engineered compound for building products.

ProVia’s Aeris™ wood-clad windows have frames that are made of vinyl – one of the most versatile materials. Vinyl products can be engineered to be flexible or rigid, clear or colorful, thick or thin. It’s the third largest volume plastic material in North America. Products made from vinyl have these common qualities: strength, durability, abrasion-and moisture-resistant, rust-and corrosion-resistant, electrically non-conductive, and excellent fire performance properties.

The exteriors of Aeris wood-clad windows are constructed of a uniquely formulated, proprietary European vinyl compound proven to perform better than alternative building materials.

Sliding Glass Patio Doors

If you are replacing sliding glass doors, it’s likely because they no longer operate as well as they once did and don’t keep the heat or cold out as they should. Our vinyl sliding glass patio doors are tested against the most stringent industry standards for air and water infiltration, wind load resistance, ease of operation, and more. This means you’ll have lower heating and cooling costs, low maintenance, and increased comfort.

At the same time, our sliding patio doors offer the opportunity to upgrade the entry to your outdoor living space, with glass options that make your door more visually appealing. We use BetterVue® fiberglass mesh screens which provide an enhanced view, increased insect protection, and improved airflow, while also shedding water and resisting dirt and grime.

Exterior Doors

Your new exterior replacement door is more than just a door to you – it’s an investment you’re making to keep those inside your home safe and comfortable in every season. That’s why our exterior replacement doors are custom crafted to fit your home’s exact measurements, resulting in a door system that delivers outstanding energy efficiency, comfort, and security.

Storm Doors

Whatever your specific needs are, we have the right aluminum storm door for you. Every storm door is individually customized to the highest standards in the residential market for homeowners who appreciate impeccable, uncompromising quality.

Programs & Rebates

Energy Tax Credit & Rebate Programs

Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit
If you’re familiar with the Nonbusiness Energy Property Credit that ended in 2021, you may already be aware of the tax credits homeowners can claim on certain purchases. This has a similar role with new and improved initiatives. Essentially, you’ll be able to reduce your tax bill when you make energy-efficient upgrades to your home and appliances.

When you purchase upgrades on energy-saving installations like insulation, windows, doors, and other building changes, you can claim 30% of the cost starting in 2023. The previous credit system (the Nonbusiness Energy Property Credit) had a $500 lifetime limit; this has been replaced by a $1,200 annual limit with various annual limits changes for certain types of qualifying improvements.
High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program
In an effort to encourage households to make environmentally friendly choices, rebates within the HOMES (Home Owner Managing Energy Savings) program will be offered to low- and middle-income families for certain purchases. If your total annual income is less than 150% of the median income in your area, you’ll qualify for rebates on energy-efficient renovations and appliances. For insulation, air sealing, and ventilation, specifically, your household can get up to $1,600 in rebates for your purchases. There are a few limits and additional qualifications, so make sure you meet the requirements before setting out on a major home improvement project.
